How your balance gets credited

Bonzoa does not decide whether a task is complete. The network running it does.

When you finish a task, the network's own server calls a unique postback URL tied to your account. That call is what credits your points. There is no manual approval step in between, and you never have to file a claim.

If something you completed has not credited, it usually means the network never confirmed the postback. The most common reasons are an ad blocker or privacy extension blocking the tracking call, completing the task on a different device or browser than the one you started it on, or a condition in the task steps that was not met.

When that happens, contact support with the task name and roughly when you completed it. We can check the tracking record for your account and, where the network confirms completion, credit the points or escalate it with them.

Point values are set per task by the network that runs it. The number shown on a task is what it pays — Bonzoa does not inflate or discount it.

Yes. Creating an account and completing tasks costs nothing. Bonzoa is funded by the reward networks — when a task they supplied is completed and confirmed, the network pays us for it. We never ask for payment details to sign up, and no card is needed to request a cashout.

You must be at least 18 years old, and you may hold one account only. Accounts cannot be transferred. Using a VPN or proxy to appear in a country you are not in, running automated or scripted task completion, or holding more than one account will get an account closed and any associated points voided — that is what keeps the platform usable for everyone else.

Your email address, password and cashout details are never shared with a reward network. When you start a task, the network receives a pseudonymous identifier and your IP address, which is how it attributes the completion back to your account.
