Help & FAQs
How tasks credit, why points occasionally go missing, what the conversion rate means, and how to reach a human.
Bonzoa is a rewards platform that collects tasks — game milestones, market research surveys, app trials and short sign-up offers — from established reward networks and presents them in one place. When a network confirms you completed a task, points are credited to a single balance that you can convert into a cashout. Bonzoa does not create the tasks or set their rewards; the networks do.
Pick a task from your dashboard and complete it on the network's own offer page. You do not submit anything back to Bonzoa. When the network's server confirms the completion, it calls a postback address unique to your account and the points appear in your balance automatically. There is no claim form and no manual approval step.
We will not give you a number, because any number we published would be invented. What you can earn depends on which tasks the networks offer where you live, whether your profile matches the studies and campaigns available, and how many tasks you complete. Bonzoa does not set reward amounts — the points shown on a task are what that network pays for it, and the conversion rate is fixed and public.
Almost always because the network never confirmed the completion. The usual causes are an ad blocker or privacy extension blocking the tracking call, completing the task on a different device or browser than the one you started it on, or a task condition that was not met. Contact support with the task name and roughly when you finished it — we can look up the tracking record for your account and, if the network confirms completion, credit the points or escalate it.
Most tasks credit within minutes of the network reporting the completion, and a large share are instant. Some campaigns, particularly surveys that are validated after the fact and game milestones reviewed at the end of a level range, are reported later — occasionally several days later. Until the network reports it, the task stays pending and nothing is credited.
Points convert at a single fixed rate: 1,000 points = $1.00. That rate is the same for every task and every network, and it is read from live platform configuration rather than written into the page. Each cashout method has its own minimum, and the minimum for each one is shown on the cashout page before you confirm a request. There is no separate platform-wide minimum beyond the method you choose.
Cashout requests are reviewed before payment, so that fraudulent requests do not get paid. Every request carries a status — pending, approved or completed — that you can follow from your transactions page. We do not publish a fixed turnaround, because the time depends on the payment method and on how quickly we can verify the activity behind the request.
Bonzoa does not charge a fee to join, and does not charge a fee to request a cashout. The conversion rate is fixed and public, and the exact amount you will receive is shown before you confirm a request. Any charge applied by a payment provider is set by that provider, not by us.
Yes. Creating an account and completing tasks costs nothing. Bonzoa is funded by the reward networks — when a task they supplied is completed and confirmed, the network pays us for it. We never ask for payment details to sign up, and no card is needed to request a cashout.
You must be at least 18 years old, and you may hold one account only. Accounts cannot be transferred. Using a VPN or proxy to appear in a country you are not in, running automated or scripted task completion, or holding more than one account will get an account closed and any associated points voided — that is what keeps the platform usable for everyone else.
Your email address, password and cashout details are never shared with a reward network. When you start a task, the network receives a pseudonymous identifier and your IP address, which is how it attributes the completion back to your account. We do not sell personal information, and we do not publish member activity or rankings publicly. The Privacy Policy sets out every category of data, who it goes to and why.
Use the contact page. Every message reaches a real person — there is no ticket-deflecting bot. Simple questions are usually answered within a few business days; a missing-credit investigation can take longer because it means querying the network that ran the task and waiting for its response.
Still stuck?
If your question is not answered above, the contact page reaches a real inbox at [email protected]. Include the task name and roughly when you completed it if your enquiry is about missing points — that is usually enough for us to find the tracking record straight away.
The rules that apply to an account, including eligibility and what counts as misuse, are set out in the Terms of Service. What we do with your information is in the Privacy Policy.
