Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to these terms. Please read them — in particular the sections on eligibility, on how points are earned, and on what happens if an account is used fraudulently.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.
• You may hold one account only. Accounts are not transferable.
• You must be able to enter into a binding agreement with us, and must not be barred from using the service under the laws that apply to you.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account, including the payment details used for cashouts.

2. What Bonzoa is, and what it is not

Bonzoa is a rewards platform. We connect your account to tasks supplied by third-party reward networks — games, market research surveys, app trials and similar activities. Those tasks are created, operated and paid for by the networks, not by us.

Bonzoa is not an employer and this is not an offer of work or income. Nothing on the site is a promise about how much you will earn. Which tasks you are offered depends on factors outside our control, including your country and the profile information the networks request, and the reward for each task is set by the network that supplies it.

3. Points and conversion

• Completed tasks are rewarded with points. Points are a record of what you have earned on the platform; they are not a currency, a security or a deposit.
• The conversion rate is fixed and published openly on the site: 1,000 points = $1.00 (1,000 points per cent).
• Whether a task is complete is determined by the network that supplied it. Points are credited when the network reports the completion to us.
• We may reverse points that were credited in error, or that resulted from a task the network later rejects as invalid.
• Points do not expire while your account remains open and in good standing.

4. Cashouts

• Each cashout method has its own minimum, shown on the cashout page before you confirm a request.
• Requests are reviewed before payment. A request may be held or declined where we cannot verify the activity behind it, where the payment details appear to belong to someone else, or where we are required to do so by law.
• You are responsible for entering correct payment details. Funds sent to an address or account you supplied incorrectly may be unrecoverable.
• Any tax liability arising from rewards you receive is yours, not ours.
• We do not charge a fee to join or to request a cashout. Charges applied by a payment provider are set by that provider.

5. Acceptable use

The following are not permitted, and accounts involved in them may have points voided and be closed:

• Holding more than one account, or opening an account for someone else.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or falsified location data to appear in a country you are not in, in order to access tasks you would not otherwise be offered.
• Automating task completion, scripted or bot participation, or completing tasks on behalf of another person.
• Submitting false or misleading information during a survey or task, or attempting to trigger a credit without genuinely completing the requirements.
• Interfering with the operation of the site, attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, or bypassing any security or tracking mechanism.
• Using the platform where doing so would breach the terms of a network supplying the tasks.

6. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe has breached these terms, that is being used fraudulently, or that we are required to close. Where an account is closed for a breach, points and pending cashouts associated with it may be voided. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any points balance that was validly earned remains subject to the cashout terms above.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Pending cashouts must be resolved before closure.

7. Availability

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Tasks come and go as networks add and withdraw campaigns, and we do not guarantee that any particular task, reward or cashout method will remain available. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service.

8. Liability

We are responsible for operating the platform with reasonable care, but we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of the reward networks that supply tasks, nor for the content of tasks themselves. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the value of the points balance on your account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform changes. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continuing to use Bonzoa after a change means you accept the updated terms; if you do not accept them, you should stop using the service and close your account.
